The State Government may, by notification, impose such fees or charges in respect of any service provided under this Act.

Delegation of Financial power 21. The delegation of Financial power of different authorities for making expenditure under this Act shall be as under :-

1. (a) Governing Body : Full power
2. (b) Executive Committee : Upto Rs.2.5 crore
3. (c) Chief Executive Officer level : Upto Rs. 25 lakh
