Self Certification

1. (1) Every application and related documents shall be self attested by the applicant at the time of submitting online application to the Single Window Agency in the format attached with the application form.
2. (2) The Self Certified application and related documents furnished by the applicant shall be taken into consideration and accepted by the competent authority as a reliable document to which the applicant shall be fully responsible.
