Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Manipur Industrial Single Window Clearance Act, 2021.
2. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Manipur.
3. (3) It shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Manipur.
