Amendment of SCHEDULE I of Mah XVI of 1975

In SCHEDULE I appended to the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975, in entry 1,—

1. (1) in clause (a), for the figures “5,000” the figures “7,500” shall be substituted;
2. (2) in clause (b), for the figures “5,000” the figures “7,500” shall be substituted.
