Amendment of section 3 of Mah IV of 2003

In section 3 of the Entry Tax on Goods Act,—

1. (a) in sub-section (1), in the first proviso, for the words and figures " Sales Tax Act, the Bombay Sales of Motor Spirit Taxation Act, 1958 " the words " the Value Added Tax Act " shall be substituted ;
2. (b) in sub-section (5), for the words " Sales Tax Act " the words " the Value Added Tax Act " shall be substituted.
