Amendment of SCHEDULE A of Mah IX of 2005

In section 48 of the Luxuries Tax Act,–

1. (a) in sub-section (2), for the words “Deputy Commissioner” the words “Joint Commissioner” shall be substituted ;
2. (b) in sub-section (5), for the words “Deputy Commissioner” the words “Joint Commissioner” shall be substituted.
