Communication of orders/decisions

The Housing Commissioner, being the Chief Executive Officer and administrative head of the Board, shall have the power to communicate decisions and to issue orders on all matters on behalf of the Chairman and the Board, as the case may be, either himself or through his senior subordinates as he may consider appropriate. Every employee offering security shall execute an agreement in the form appended to these regulations or in any other form deemed appropriate by the Housing Commissioner in each case. A reference the each such bond shall be recorded in the Register of Security Deposits.
