Statutory text
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, the Act means the Madhya Pradesh Griha Nirman Mandal Adhiniyam 1972 (No.3 of 1973). All definitions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall be construed as defined in Section 2 of the Act.
