Appointment of Vice-Chancellor, Constitution of Court, powers and duties, etc

**SCHEDULE I** [See Section 51] 1. Sections 12 and 13 - For Sections 12 and 13 substitute : "13- The Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the State Government and may be removed by the Chancellor in the like manner." 2. Sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 - For Sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 substitute: "21. (1) The Court shall consist of the following:- (i) the Chancellor; (ii) the Vice-Chancellor; (iii) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor; (iv) the Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Public Health and Medical Education and Ayush Department; (v) the Director of Medical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh; (vi) the Commissioner/Director, Ayush, Government of Madhya Pradesh; (vii) Dean Students Welfare; (viii) five members including not more than two representatives of
