Powers and duties of the Executive Council

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made thereunder, the Executive Council shall have the following powers and shall perform the following duties, namely:-

1. (i) to hold, control and administer the property and funds of the University;
2. (ii) to administer the funds placed at the disposal of the University for specific purpose;
3. (iii) to adopt the annual accounts together with the audit report;
