Chapter XI SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
Statutory text
- (1) The Chancellor may, on the request of the Executive Council, remove the name of any person from the Register of registered graduates and diploma holders and remove the name of any person from membership of any authority or body of the University, if,-
- (i) he is guilty of gross misbehavior, and
- (ii) he acts prejudicial to the interest of the University
