Chapter III OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
- (1) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed on deputation by the State Government from amongst such teachers of Government Colleges or Universities with a minimum of 3 years of experience on the post of Professor or such officers of the State Government with a minimum of 3 years' experience at the level of Deputy Secretary or its equivalent.
- (2) The emoluments and conditions of service of the Controller of Examinations shall be such as may be determined by the State Government. (3
