Information to be furnished by council and publication thereof.

1. (1) The council shall furnish such report, copies of its minutes, abstract of its account, and other information to the State Government as the State Government may require.
2. (2) The State Government may publish in such manner as it may think fit, any report, copy, abstract or other information furnished to it under this section.
