Amendments to certain enactments

(1) Sections 7 and 9 of the Devaswom Verumpattamdaras (Settlement) Proclamation, XXIII of 1118, shall be omitted. (2) In Explanation I to section 45 of the Travancore Jenmi and Kudiyan Act of 1071, for the words "sixteen and two-third times" the words "eight and one-third times" shall be substituted. (3) In Explanation I to section 48 of the Kanam Tenancy Act, 1955 for the words "sixteen and two-third times", the words "eight and one-third times" shall be substituted.
