Beedi and cigar industrial premises to be licensed .

Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no place or premises shall, on and after such date as the Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf, be used as a beedi and cigar industrial premises without a licence obtained from the competent authority and except in accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein.
