Power to exempt .

The Government may, by notification, exempt, subject to such conditions and restrictions as they may impose, — a) any beedi and cigar industrial premises; or b) any beedi and cigar industry; or c) any class of employees; from all or any of the provisions of this Act or of any rules made thereunder.
