The Karnataka Land Revenue Act 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964)

There is an Act of former State of Madras (Madras Act X of 1831) which is in force in Mangalore and Kollegal Area which prohibits sale of estates, belonging to minors not taken under the management of Court of Wards, for arrears of land revenue and thereby protects the properties of minors. One-Man Committee has suggested that it is a desirable piece of legislation.
