Penalty for negligently wasting energy or injuring works

Penalty for negligently wasting energy or injuring works.-Whoever negligently causes energy to be wasted or diverted or negligently breaks, throws down or damages any electric supply-line, post, pole or lamp or other apparatus connected with supply of energy, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
