Notification of assumption of superintendence

Notification of assumption of superintendence.- Whenever the Court of Wards assumes the superintendence of the person or property of any person under any of the provisions of this Act, the order of assumption shall be notified in the Government Gazette and shall specify the district, the Deputy Commissioner of which shall be put in charge on behalf of the Court of Wards.
