Power to make rules

Power to make rules.-The Court of Wards may, with the previous sanction of the Government, make rules, consistent with this Act, regulating all or any of the following matters, namely:-

1. (a) the management of properties or of all or any property under the superintendence of the Court of Wards;
2. (b) the procedure to be observed and the powers to be exercised by all or any persons in all or any proceedings under this Act; and
3. (c) generally for the purpose of giving effect to all or any of the provisions of this Act.
