Statutory text
Bar of suits and proceedings.-(1) No suit shall be brought in any civil Court in respect of the exercise of any discretion conferred by this Act.
- (2) No suit shall be brought against any officer of the State or any guardian, manager or servant appointed by, and discharging his duties under a Court of Wards for anything done by him in good faith under this Act.
