Allowance for ward and his family.

1. (1) The Court of Wards may, from time to time, determine what sums, shall be allowed in respect of the expenses of any ward and of his family and dependents.
2. (2) The Court of Wards may, from time to time, determine what sums may be spent on the education of any minor ward whose person is for the time being under its superintendence.
