Classes of Magistrates A.Classes of Magistrates.-There shall be the following classes of Magistrates, namely:- I. JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES

  1. (1) Chief Judicial Magistrates.
  2. (2) Judicial Magistrates of the first class.
  3. (3) Judicial Magistrates of the second class.
  4. (4) Special Judicial Magistrates. III. EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATES
  5. (1) District Magistrate.
  6. (2) Addl. District Magistrate.
  7. (3) Sub-divisional Magistrate.
  8. (4) Executive Magistrate of the first class.
  9. (5) Executive Magistrate of the second class.
  10. (6) Special Executive Magistrate].
