Practising pleader not to sit as Magistrate in certain Courts Practicing pleader not to sit as Magistrate in certain Courts.-No pleader who practices in the Court of any Magistrate, shall sit as a Magistrate in such Court or in any Court within the jurisdiction of such Court.
