Ordinary powers of Magistrate.-All District Magistrates, Chief Judicial Magistrates, Sub-Divisional Magistrates and Judicial and Executive Magistrates other than Special Judicial Magistrates and Special Executive Magistrates have the powers hereinafter respectively conferred upon them and specified in the Third Schedule.
