Chapter III POWERS OF COURTS
Statutory text
Power may be cancelled.-(1) The Government or the High Court, as the case may be, may withdraw all or any of the powers conferred under this Code or any person by it or by any officer subordinate to it.
- (2) Any powers conferred by the Chief Judicial Magistrate or District Magistrate may be withdrawn by him.
