Prohibition to practice of persons not listed

Prohibition to practice of persons not listed.--No person other than a practitioner registered under Part II of this Act or a person whose name is entered in the list mentioned in section 33 shall practise or hold himself out, whether directly or by implication as practising or as being prepared to practise the Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine : Provided that the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, direct that the provisions of this section shall not apply to any class of persons or in a specified area.
