Examination before registration. Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section
- (2) of section 16, on and after the expiry of one year from the date from which this Act comes into force, a person shall not be entered in the Register as a registered practitioner unless he holds the qualification mentioned in sub-section
- (1) of section 16.
