Disqualifications.--No person shall stand as a candidate for election as a member of the Board or shall be a member of the Board--
- (a) who is an undischarged insolvent;
- (b) who has been adjudicated by a competent court to be of unsound mind; or
- (c) whose name has been removed from the Register.
