Provided that nothing in this section shall apply where the credit of a witness is being impeached.

Protection of action taken in good faith Protection of action taken in good faith.-

1. (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Accountability Commission or against any officer, employee, agency or person referred to in section 26, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
2. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no proceedings or decision of the Accountability Commission shall be called in question in any Court.
