Provided that this shall not debar the public functionary to pursue any other remedy or relief under any law against the complaint.

Staff of Accountability Commission Staff of Accountability Commission.

1. (1) The Accountability Commission shall, for the purpose of assisting it in the discharge of its functions (including verification and inquiries in respect of complaints) under this Act, be provided by the Government, a Secretary and such other officers and employees as the Governor may determine, from time to time, in consultation with the Accountability Commission.
2. (2) The terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees referred to in sub-section
3. (1) shall be such as the Governor may determine, from time to time.
4. (3) In the discharge of their functions under this Act, the officers and employees referred to in sub-section
5. (1) shall be subject to the exclusive administrative control and direction of the Accountability Commission.
