Interim recommendations

Interim recommendations.—If during the course of preliminary inquiry or investigation under this Act, the Accountability Commission is prima facie satisfied that allegation or grievance against any action or decision is likely to be substantiated either wholly or partly, he may, by a report in writing recommend to the public functionary concerned to stay the implementation or execution of the decision or action complained against or to take such mandatory or preventive action on such terms and conditions, as it may specify in its report.
