Power to inspect

The prescribed authority or any other person authorised by it in this behalf may, within the tourist area, inspect at all reasonable times, the premises in which a travel agent or a dealer carries on his business or any premises where a hotel is operated and require such dealer, travel agent or hotel-keeper to produce any document kept in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder for inspection.
