The Himachal Pradesh Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1988The revisional authority to be appointed by the Government may, either on its own motion or on an application made by an aggrieved party, call for the records of any case disposed of by the appellate authority, for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any order passed by the appellate authority and pass such order thereon as it may deem fit and such order shall be final: Provided that no such record shall be called for after the expiry of three months from the date of communication of the order: Provided further that no order under this section shall be made to the prejudice of a person unless he has had a reasonable opportunity of being heard either personally or through a counsel or by a duly authorised agent.
