Certificate of registration of a hotel

Statutory text
The prescribed authority shall, unless registration is refused under section 12, direct the entry of the name and particulars of the hotel and the hotel-keeper to be entered in the register maintained for the purpose, and shall issue a certificate of registration to the hotel-keeper in the prescribed form.
