Constitution of ad hoc committee

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act and until such time as the authorities are duly constituted the Vice-Chancellor may, subject to the prior approval of the Chancellor or of the Board after it has been constituted, appoint committees temporarily to exercise, perform and discharge any of the powers, functions and duties of such authorities under this Act.
