Settlement of unresolved disputes

If any dispute arises by reason of the incorporation of the University, such dispute shall be resolved in the first instance by the Vice-Chancellors of the existing University and the University to be incorporated and in the event of failure of such Vice-Chancellor to arrive at an agreed solution with regard to any such dispute, the matter shall be referred to the Government, whose decision shall be final and binding.
