  1. (1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor and submitted to the Board at least one month before the annual meeting at which it is to be considered.
  2. (2) The Board shall, after consideration of the annual report, forward a copy thereof to the Government.
  3. (3) On receipt of a copy of the annual report referred to in sub-section (1), the Government shall cause a copy of such report, together with its comments thereon, to be laid before the State Legislature.
