Statutory text
- (1) Each college shall have a Dean, who shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning his college: Provided that in case of College of Agriculture at Solan, the Dean shall be responsible to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor subject to the over all control of the Vice-Chancellor.
- (2) The Dean shall also be responsible for the organisation and the conduct of resident instruction of the departments of the colleges.
