Power of entry and search

Subject to such restrictions as may be prescribed, the Secretary of the market committee or any other officer authorised by the committee in this behalf, for carrying out any of the duties imposed on the market committee by or under this Act, at all reasonable times, enter and search any place, premises or vehicles.
