Provided that the Board may appoint suitable persons to function as the committee until the committee is reconstituted.

Emergency power In case of emergency the State Government may provide for the execution of such work or the doing of such act which a market committee is empowered to execute or do, and may direct that the expense shall be forthwith paid by the market committee.
