Repeal and saving.

Statutory text
(1) The Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Ordinance, 2018 (Haryana Ordinance No. 4 of 2018), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
