Enhanced panelty for subsequent offence.

If any person, who has been convicted of any offence under section 20 is again found guilty of an offence involving a contravention of the same provision, shall on the second and on every subsequent conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand rupees or to imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
