Change of identity and address to be notified.—

1. (1) Any person who has been displaced from his habitat or expected to be displaced or whose land has been acquired or is proposed to be acquired under this Act and who has changed his identity or address after the publication of the preliminary notification under section 11, shall notify such change to the Collector within a period of thirty days of such change.
2. (2) The Collector shall update the records accordingly.
