Cost

1. (1) Every award under section 30 shall also state the amount of costs incurred in the proceedings under this Act, by what persons and in what proportions they are to be paid.
2. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the Collector shall not apportion the costs of the proceedings if the award is to be made by the Authority under section 64.
