Officers of Authority

  1. (1) The appropriate Government shall provide the Authority with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the discharge of its functions under this Act.
  2. (2) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
