Statutory text

(1) The management may, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order of refusal to $ant registration under rule 7 or the order of withdrawal ofregistration under rule 8, prefer an appeal to the State Govemment.
(2) The State Government shall, on receipt ofan appeal under sub - rule (1), after giving an opportunity ofbeing heard to the management, pass such order as it may deem fit and communicate the decision to the management by registered post.
