The decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.

Election of three representatives of public libraries to the Council Election of three representatives of public libraries to the Council - The three representatives to be elected by the public libraries as members of the Council under clause (vii) of sub section (2) of section 3 of the Act shall be elected at the meeting of such public libraries convened for the purpose, from among its members by a simple majority votes of the members present and voting at such meeting.
