Powers, duties and functions of the president of the Council

Powers, duties and functions of the president of the Council - The powers, duties and functions of the president of the Council shall be as follows, namely : -

1. (1) The President of the Council may call a meeting and the special meeting of the Council.
2. (2) The President shall preside over at a meeting of the Council.
3. (3) The President may adjourn the meeting to a subsequent date if at any meeting there is no quorum.
4. (4) The President shall watch over the financial and executive administration of the Council and exercise general supervision and control.
