Statutory text
as recoverable as an arrear of land revenue to be written off, if in his opinion the sum is irrecoverable: Provided that no sum exceeding five hundred rupees shall be written off except with the previous sanction of the State Government. District Development Officer’s power to direct irrecoverable sums to be written off.
